We take pride in the quality of our products and pack every order with care. As a small business, we’re unable to offer returns for change of mind, so please choose carefully before purchasing.

INCORRECT OR FAULTY ITEMS:

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us via our Contact Page within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the fault

Once assessed, we’ll happily offer a replacement or refund in line with Australian Consumer Law.

CHANGE OF MIND:

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect choice

  • Colour or style preferences

This includes gifts and sale items.

HANDMADE DISCLAIMER:

All of our items are handmade, meaning slight variations in colour, finish, or placement can occur. These variations are part of the charm and are not considered faults.
